What Methods of Payment do you accept?
PayPal,Checks and Cash.
Payment is accepted upon completion of Service.
Pre-payment for Home Check-In/Pet Sitting Service is required prior to Clients departure.

What are the  Rates for your Services?

Is AYSC Bonded?
Yes,AYSC is Licensed,Bonded and Insured for your protection and peace of mind.



Do Service Rates include the cost of purchases?
No, the Client is responsible for paying all expenses in addition to the hourly rate.

What are your Hours of Business?
8:00-5:00
 Monday-Friday
AYSC  offers  Weekend,Holiday and after hours Concierge Service
  by appointment only. Additional fees may apply.

What if I need you Last Minute?  
That's Okay!  We kindly request 24 hours notice on all services requested to ensure
 the highest level of service to our Clients and will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have Discount Packages or Specials available?
Yes we do!  Choose the Village Errands Package or the Elite Executive Package.
Both Packages offer reduced pricing for pre-payment of Services.

How Do I get Started!
Contact us by email or phone. An AYSC Consultant will contact you promptly
  to discuss your needs or to schedule a free consultation.Services may be customized
 to suit your specific needs. 24 hour cancellation notice is required on all
Service agreements or a $25 fee will apply.
